Day 1

We departed for KL at around 8:30am on a Friday morning. It was quite a long ride in the bus. We took transtar first class coach bus which was rather spacious and comfortable. The 1-way ticket per pax costs SGD 45.00 + SGD 2.00 for fuel surcharge. We arrived Pasarakyat Bus Terminal about 5-6hours later. As we felt it will be cheaper to purchase the 1-way ticket from KL to Singapore locally, which would costs us around around RM35 to RM80. We panicked when we nearly couldn't get tickets at the bus counters at Pasarakyat Bus Terminal.

G used her citibank credit card promotion to get us a really discounted price at SGD 112/pax for 2 rooms x 5pax x 2 nights at a 5 star hotel - Le Meridien Hotel. It was very new and the service and rooms were really nice!! What's more it was located right next to the subway so we could get around conveniently. Unfortunately we couldn't get adjoining rooms and so our rooms are right across each other.

We had a quick half an hour freshen up and was off for our first target.. this was inevitable a "shopping" trip and so we should made full use of all the time for SHOPPING. So our first target is "MID VALLEY MEGAMALL". We hop onto the KTM KOMUTER at KL Sentral (beside Le Meridien) to go to MidValley Station which is only 1 stop away.

Tickets Tickets...

BUT before that let's fill up our stomachs. Went to MidValley MegaMall's Foodcourt to makan first. We ordered carrot cake, rojak, curry Laksa, Fried Kway Teow and one more Penang Laksa (this one is out of the picture). The food was not too bad, less the carrot cake which was less than delicious.

Our tea time @ FoodCourt. ;-P

Next, we went to Chinatown or Chee Cheong Kai in Cantonese, at Petaling Street for our second part of shopping. It was like a BIG Pasar Malam. The stalls were set very closely to one another so we basically had to "wade" ourselves in one line... We didn't buy much as it was too HOT and too crowded. I think if we stayed longer, A might faint. =P We need to really bargain at each stall before buying and me and G aren't good at this. Fortunately we had M with us who did a great job in hassling the price for us. Way to go!! M!! v(^_^)v Had a little bit of unhappiness and hicupps at one of the stalls though, when me, M and L were trying to hassle over 3 pairs of sport shoes. But it was a good lesson learnt... how cunning the stall owners could be lor!!

After buying so many things.... in all ....

Not too impressive..... for 5 ladies..=P

It's time for dinner. Decided to go for the food stall along Chee Cheong Kai with the MOST crowd. We had fried kang kong, fried rice, hor fun, crispy chicken and tofu. Total we only paid RM63.00 including drinks. (approx SG$28.00) Really money worth!! Nice yummy food to fill up 5 hungry ladies at such attractive price. SO it's a good choice after all d($o$)b

Our RM63 dinner @ Chee Cheong Kai

Proceeded back to the hotel and took shower and had a little chat...not much though cos we needed to reserve our batteries for tomorrow power-pack shopping.

G??

That's Sleepy!! Oopss..nope! A!!

Day 2

We woke up earlier and took KL monorail this time to Bukit Bintang station where all the SHOPS conjugate. Gee...Aren't we shopaholics? Nahhhhhhh!! We just want to make our shopping trippy more worthwhile lah. Guess what we saw once we alighted at Bukit Bintang Station? G went screaming "CYMA no tokei no hito"

G's heartthrob across the street... ;-P

But first, we started with our slow and nice coffee cum brunch at DOME at Lot10.

Dome's Coffee and Drinks

For brunch, M ordered spaghetti, Me and A ordered the signature chicken pie, L and G ordered fishes. I forgot to take snapshots of our bruches... SULK... =(

Had a good one hour or more shopping inside Lot10, before we trolled opposite to Sungei Wang Plaza for more shopping goods. Price is rather competitive to Singapore so it's not a very shiok kind of shopping experience except for certain brands like East India Company (Not The British East India Company) and Elle which is more money worth lah. Got quite a few shirts from East India for myself. *Grin* Also got a few tops for Mummy dearest too. So on the whole quite fun. At this stage, actually all of us were a little pumchek already. Age must be getting on us... =P Had inititally planned to go back to Chee Cheong Kai to eat some more goody local food and also to do some more shopping but decided to make Berjaya Times Square our last stop. Me and G didn't shop much cos' too tired liao. We perked up when we SAW SALE at MNG so me and G got energised again lor. Kekekeke! Had quite a good buy as the sales was going down to as low as more than 50%.

Me and G spotted this very CUTE shop - PINK PANTHER too at Berjaya Time Square. We couldn't resist to try out the sooooooooooooooo CUTE Pink Panther Tee... Er...but I looked so FAT. *SULK* =( In the end, only G bought a Elmos, cookie monster Tee. After that, went for coffee with G for a good half an hour because both of our legs were really shack so we had better give them a break before they break lor. =P

Da-dum, da-dum, da-dum-de-dum-de-dum, da-dum-de-daaaaa....de-dum...

Since we were not going to Chee Cheong Kai so we settled dinner at Kenny Rogers inside Berjaya Time Square to replenish "fuel" before we proceed to Imbi station to take the monorail back to our hotel for a good rest and packing of our bags.

And here's ME and G's catch for today. ME too shack to get the rest of the stuffs bought by the other gals over to take a snapshot.. I think these are enuff, right? ;-)

More Stuffs....

Day 3

The last day was more of a rest and relax since there wont be any shopping for today. Got up early in the morning and went tabao Mac Breakfasts for all with A (Our early bird). After finished breakfast, we still had quite a bit of time so I wanted to jio the rest of them to take a good look around the hotel BUT alas... A and L were such couch potatoes, got their BUTT kena stuck on the bed. But still i managed to get the always obliging M to come with me. Had a good look at their beautiful roof top garden and swimming pool. Should had come down for drinks the night before at the roof-top terrace, would be such an experience. *SHRUG*

Paradise...Beautiful, isn't it?
